If required we can help you implement such approaches to meet either common best practice approaches or to meet recognised international standards and guidelines – for example ISO22301, ISO22313 and the BCI Good Practice Guide. We can also support raising the profile of Business Continuity Management within your organisation to ensure buy-in and support from senior stakeholders.

Gap Analyses and Pre-audit assessments

We can perform a gap analysis against specific standards or guidelines or simply best and common practice to identify the areas that require attention.

Training and awareness

We offer half day overview courses as well as more detailed courses on approaches to Business Continuity Management. These can be used to equip you with the skills you need to implement and maintain your Business Continuity Management components as well as supporting the continued professional education of your people.
