How does Project Assurance Work?

A project assurance review can be used to deliver a ‘point in time’ health check or can be incorporated into the on-going programme or project lifecycle. It can be commissioned by the programme or project board, as a means of maintaining control over the delivery teams, or by a higher level of stakeholder management to provide an additional layer of governance.

Training and Controls Design

As an alternative to providing an independent opinion on the effectiveness of project management controls, we can also help training staff who operate these controls or even assist in designing and implementing these mechanisms.
